Will this app spam me?
No. Reminders are soft sounds, never buzzes, and they respect Do Not Disturb and your meeting calendar. You set the cadence. We stay quiet otherwise.
What if I miss a reminder?
Your plant pauses, it doesn't punish. Open the app, log the cup you forgot — you can backdate by the hour — and growth picks up where it left off.
Is my intake data shared?
Your data stays on device by default. Optional encrypted sync is available on premium so history mirrors across phones. We never sell or share intake data.
How is my daily goal calculated?
Roughly 30 ml per kilogram of body weight, with small adjustments for warm climate and activity. You can override it manually if your doctor has set a different target.
What's the difference between free and premium?
Free: daily reminders, basic intake log, last 7 days. Premium ($2.99/month or $29.90/year): custom interval reminders, hydration goals, unlimited trend history, home-screen widget, more beverage types. The free tier is real — not a trial.
